Register With Us

We always welcome new patients,  If you wish to register as a new patient  please visit our reception desk on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 11:30am - 12:30pm.

Please note our practice boundary has recently changed in April 2021 from 10 miles to a 5 mile radius from our surgery, all new patients registering or changing address must live within a 5 mile radius.

Please bring your medical card, proof of ID and relevant documentation to reception and complete appropriate forms.

Every new patient will then be offered to book a general health check appointment with our HCA-Health care assistant. It is important that you attend for this appointment.
